I heard about it this morning and was devastated. I had the same thought as you; one really never knows. If we lived each day as if it was our last, I think we'd live our life quite a bit differently.
I hope we are all zoche to live long, happy and meaningful lives It shouldn't take these tragedies to wake us up.

Yes HS, one never really knows when that last moment will be...I agree with you.
I hope the rest of the nine days pass by without another one of these crazy stories.

HS - I wish it was so easy. unfortunately, we are fast to get back to our routine and forget that it could happen to us also.
I think it's just too much of a scary thought.
IAG - Amen! There's been way too many of them, even before the nine days. I hope this was the last.
You can never be certain. That's why today is the time to live to the fullest. Every today. Every day is a brand new gift all over again, nothing to take for granted.
